Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of regular health management on patients with chronic noncommunicable diseases with bad living habits.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,150 patients with chronic non-communicable diseases with bad living habits were selected as the subjects.The body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,mean blood pressure(MBP),blood glucose,blood lipid and other indexes of the patients were detected.According to the test results,the patients were given regular and individualized lifestyle health management.The abnormal indexes,health behavior and health knowledge scores before and after regular health management were compared.Results After regular health management,the waist circumference,BMI,MBP,fasting blood glucose and TC,TG,LDLC of the patients were lower than those before regular health management,and the HDL-C was higher than that before regular health management,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After regular health management,the percentage of drinking and smoking in healthy behavior were lower than those before regular health management,the percentage of low salt and low fat diet,exercise and health education were higher than those before regular health management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After regular health management,the health knowledge score was higher than that before regular management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular health management can significantly improve the poor living habits of the subjects,improve the selfawareness of prevention and treatment of chronic non-transmitted diseases,so as to slow down the development of chronic non-communicable diseases.
