Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the examination results in community diabetic patients and to explore the effect of community health behavior intervention.Methods96 physical examination results of diabetes mellitus in our center from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected and retrospectively analyzed,and all patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given community health behavior intervention.The therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared.ResultsIn 96 cases with diabetic mellitus,90 cases of patients with urine test were positive,6 cases of urine were negative,but the fasting blood glucose levels were higher than 8.8 mmol/L.In patients with positive urine in 90 cases,86 cases had different levels of blood glucose,blood glucose of normal value only had 4 cases.Through community health behavior intervention,the awareness rate of diabetes related prevention and treatment and the compliance behavior of medical compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The level of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,body mass index,triacylglycerol and total cholesterol after intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionUrine negative or weakly positive cases still need to be combined with blood glucose to determine whether the prevalence with blood glucose,blood sugar with diastix can be dynamic observation on patients with diabetes.Community health behavior intervention can improve the patient′s understanding of diabetes knowledge and compliance with medical compliance,and promote them to develop a good lifestyle,and effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetes.
