Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the different cleaning methods of toothed medical devices and their effects.MethodsA total of 330 new hemostatic clamps were selected from January 2013 to December 2014 and randomly divided into manual cleaning group,mechanical cleaning group and mixed cleaning group,each group of 100 pieces.Respectively,by manual brushing method,automatic mechanical spray cleaning method,ultrasonic cleaning+manual brushing method for cleaning.After cleaning,used magnifying glass to detect cleanliness pass rate.ResultsThe qualified rate of cleanliness of the three groups was 96.4%,86.4%and 97.3%.There was no significant difference between the manual cleaning group and the mixed cleaning group(P>0.05);there were significant differences between the manual cleaning group and the mechanical cleaning group,the mechanical cleaning group and the mixed cleaning group (P<0.01).ConclusionManual brushing method and ultrasonic cleaning+manual brushing method can improve the new hemostatic clamps cleaning effect.
