风险管理机制运用于普外科护理管理中的效果

摘要目的研究风险管理机制应用于普外科护理管理中的临床效果。方法将2015年1月～2016年12月在我院普外科收治的200例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字法平均分为两组，100位患者采用常规护理模式（对照组），100位给予护理风险管理模式（研究组）。对比两组患者风险事件发生情况、护理满意度及风险管理效果。结果研究组患者风险事件发生情况显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者护患纠纷发生率显著少于对照组，研究组患者质控评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在普外科患者护理中选择风险管理模式可有效降低患者风险事件，提高患者满意度和护理质量，对患者有积极的促进作用，值得在临床上推广使用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo research on the risk management mechanism using the clinical effect of general surgery in nursing management.Methods200 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number method,100 patients were treated with routine care(control group),100 patients were given nursing risk management(study group).The risk events, nursing satisfaction and risk management effect of two groups were compared.ResultsRisk events in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group (P＜0.05);patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05);patients in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group,the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe choice of risk management mode in department of general surgery patients can effectively reduce the risk of patients, improve patient satisfaction and quality of care,have a positive role in promoting patients,it is worthy of clinical use.
