Abstract：Objective To study the effect and nursing of Mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 74 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in Jingdezhen First People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (n=37) and the observation group (n=37) according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Methotrexate Injections,and patients in the observation group were treated with Mifepristone on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Both groups were given targeted nursing intervention based on target strategy,and the cycle was 2 weeks.The improvement of pelvic symptoms were compared,the changes of serum chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and progesterone (P) levels before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.81%,which was lower than 35.14% of the control group;during the treatment,the disappearance time of mass,abdominal pain and the improvement time of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the levels of serum β-HCG and P in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone can improve the pelvic symptoms of patients with ectopic pregnancy,reduce the serum levels of β-hCG and P,and regulate the balance of estrogen and progesterone with good safety.
