Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of 6S management concept in nursing of patients with heart failure and acute kidney injury (AKI) treated by continuous blood purification (CRRT). Methods Eighty patients with heart failure and AKI treated by CRRT from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by two color sphere method, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were intervened by traditional nursing mode, while patients in the observation group were intervened by 6S management concept. The nursing quality score, complications, operation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results The nursing quality scores of nursing attitude, service consciousness, puncture technique and treatment environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The standard rate of placing items and the reasonable rate of taking and releasing items in the observation group were 97.50%, which were higher than 77.50% and 75.00%in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 6S management concept in nursing of patients with heart failure and AKI treated by CRRT improves the quality of nursing, reduces the incidence of complications, improves the standard rate of goods placement, the reasonable rate of goods removal process and nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing widely in clinical practice.
