Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of non-invasive hemodynamic test in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 106 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the coin method, they were divided into the control group (53 cases) and the research group (53 cases). The control group adopted the conventional observation method, and the research group adopted the non-invasive hemodynamic index detection method. The clinical events, length of stay and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of acute heart failure and cardiac death in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The length of stay in the study group was (14.72±6.14) d,which was shorter than that in the control group (18.85±8.24) d,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).At the time of discharge, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) level of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the level of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) was lower than that of the control group, and the walking distance of 6 min was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of inpatient treatment of CHF patients,non-invasive hemodynamic test can play a good role in guiding the application of various treatment drugs, thus effectively reducing the risk of acute heart failure faced by patients, improving their heart function, and shorten their hospitalization time.
