Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on preoperative bad emotions and postoperative recovery in patients undergoing cholecystectomy. Methods 120 patients undergoing cholecystectomy from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected. They randomly were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. In the control group, traditional nursing model was used, while in the observation group, rapid rehabilitation nursing was adopted.By observing self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)score,self-rating depression(SDS)score, borygmus recovery time, anal exhaust time, infusion time, hospital stay and incidence of complications and other related indicators,we analyzed the rapid rehabilitation care on the preoperative bad emotions and postoperative rehabilitation in patients with cholecystectomy. Results After nursing, there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative off-bed activity time, anal exhaust time, and hospital stay were all shorter in the study group than in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).In the study group, the SDS score and SAS score were both lower than those in the control group with great differences (P<0.05).In the study group, the total incidence of complications was 6.67%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 26.67%,with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing provides good help for the recovery of postoperative patients and reduces the incidence of postoperative complications.
