昂丹司琼和氟哌利多对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的影响

摘要目的探讨昂丹司琼和氟哌利多对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的影响。方法选取我院2016年1～6月择期接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者80例，将患者随机编号，单数患者进入昂丹司琼组（n=40），偶数患者进入氟哌利多组（n=40），对两组患者的VAS评分、Ramsay评分、用药总量、PCA量、恶心呕吐发生率、不良反应发生率等进行统计分析。结果两组患者术后第2天的用药总量、PCA量均显著少于术后第1天（P＜0.05）；术后第1、2天昂丹司琼组患者的Ramsay评分均显著低于氟哌利多组（P＜0.05），术后第1天的恶心呕吐发生率（2.5%）显著低于氟哌利多组22.5%（P＜0.05），其中0级比例显著高于氟哌利多组（P＜0.05），1、2、3级比例均显著低于氟哌利多组（P＜0.05），术后不良反应发生率（25.0%）显著低于氟哌利多组的40.0%（P＜0.05）。结论昂丹司琼较氟哌利多对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐具有较为积极的影响。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of Ondansetron and Droperidol on postoperative nausea and vomiting followed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From Januarry to June 2016,80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment admitted into our hospital were selected randomly,and these odd patients were divided into Ondansetron group(n=40)and those even Droperidol group(n=40)two groups according to the random number table,VAS score,Ramsay score,total amount of drug,PCA volume,incidence rate of nausea and vomiting and severity,and adverse reaction between two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total amount of drug,PCA in 2ndday of the two groups were significantly lower than in 1stday (P＜0.05).The Ramsay score in 1stday,2ndday of the Ondansetron group were significantly less(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in 1stday (2.5%)was significantly lower than the Droperidol group(22.5%)(P＜0.05),in which the proportion of level 0 was significantly higher(P＜0.05),the proportions of level 1,level 2 and level 3 were significantly lower(P＜0.05).the incidence rate of adverse reactions(25.0%)was significantly lower than the Droperidol group of 40.0% (P＜0.05).Conclusion Ondansetron has more positive effect for nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy compared with droperidol.
