Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods160 patients with acute cholecystitis in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number of admission,80 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional open cholecystectomy, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The total effective rate, relative operative indexes, postoperative recovery, the proportion of analgesics and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the proportion of analgesic use and the incidence rate of postoperative complication of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The operative time, ambulation time, hospitalization time, recovery time of bowel sound and anal exhaust time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis has reliable clinical effect, with fast recovery of gastrointestinal function, high safety.
