Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of MDT collaborative care in patients with acute cholecystitis operation.Methods71 patients with acute cholecystitis treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were grouped according to the random comprehensive sequential method.During the perioperative period, patients in the control group(n=35)were given the routine nursing, while patients in the observation group (n=36)were given MDT collaborative care. The treatment effect, clinical correlation indexes and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%,and it was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the frequency of dressing change was fewer than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.2%80%,and it was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of MDT collaborative care applied in acute patients with cholecystitis is prominent, and can enhance the treatment effect at the same time, and has a characteristics of shorter hospitalization time and wound healing time, fewer dressing change times and so on,and it is well satisfied and accepted by patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
