Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of recovery quality with Dezocine combined with Ketorolac Tromethamine after laparoscopic cholecystectomy preoperative analgesia. Methods A total of 106 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the subjects. The randomized digital table was used to divide them into control group and study group,53 cases in each group. The control group was given Ketorolac Tromethamine before operation, and the study group was given Dezocine combined with Ketorolac Tromethamine. The operative condition(operative time, propofol dosage and recovery time),pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score and sedation Ramsay score were compared between the two groups.Results①The dosage of Propofol in the study group was significantly lesser than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of operation time and the awakening time(P>0.05);②The VASscore of 8,12 h pain in the control group was significantly lower than that of 1 h after operation, and the Ramsay score of 8 h sedation after operation was significantly higher than that of preoperative 1 h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VASscore and the sedative Ramsay score in the study group were significantly lower than that of the postoperative 1 h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VASscore of 12 h pain was significantly lower than that of the control group, the sedation Ramsay scores of 1 and 4 h after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the analgesic effect of Dezocine combined with Ketorolac Tromethamine is better, and it can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative restlessness and improve the quality of postoperative recovery.
