导乐分娩对产妇产程及妊娠结局的影响

摘要目的分析将导乐分娩应用于产妇分娩过程中对其产程和妊娠结局的影响效果。方法选取2017年1～12月我院妇产科收治的158例产妇作为研究对象，经产妇及家属同意，经随机抽签分为两组，每组各79例。对照组实施常规分娩护理，研究组则辅以导乐分娩，比较两组的产程时间、自然分娩率及其他分娩指标情况。结果研究组的各个产程时间及总产程时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组妊娠结局显著优于对照组，研究组自然分娩率显著高于对照组，新生儿Apgar评分显著高于对照组，产程出血量显著少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用导乐分娩辅助分娩，能有效缩短产程，提升自然分娩率，减少出血，提升新生儿Apgar评分，能更好地保障母婴安全，具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of Doula delivery on the duration of labor and pregnancy outcome of parturients during childbirth.Methods With the consent of the parturients and their families,altogether 158 cases of parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the object of this research and rondomly divided into two groups,79 cases in each group.The control group was received routine childbirth nursing,while the study group was supplemented by Doula delivery.The duration of labor,spontaneous delivery rate and other delivery indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Each and total duration of labor of the study group were significantly shorter than those of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05）.The pregnancy outcome of the study group was significantly better than that of control group.The natural delivery rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The newborn Apgar score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The amount of hemorrhage during the duration of labor was lesser than that of control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05）.ConclusionApplication of Doula-guided labor for assisted delivery can effectively shorten the duration of labor,improve the natural delivery rate and the Apgar score of the newborn,and reduce the bleeding.It can guarantee the safety of mother and baby better,and has a high value of popularization and application.
