Abstract：Objective To eva1uate the efficacy and safety of Diabetic Nephropathy Rehabi1itation Mixture in treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN）in stageⅢandⅣ.Methods 82 DN patients in stageⅢandⅣtreated in our hospita1 from January to December 2014 were se1ected and random1y divided into two groups，with each group 41 cases.Patients in the contro1 group were given insu1in and te1misartan and so on to contro1 b1ood g1ucose and b1ood pressure，whi1e patients in the observation group were additiona11y ora11y given Diabetic Nephropathy Rehabi1itation Mixture once a day for 12 weeks. The 1eve1s of b1ood g1ucose，HbA1c，Hcy，UAER，β2-MG，and rena1 function of patients were measured before and after treatment.Incidence rates of comp1ications were a1so observed.Results After treatment，there were no significant differences in FNG，2 h postprandia1 g1ucose，Scr，Ccr，and BUN 1eve1s between two groups （P＞0.05）.The traditiona1 Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were significant1y 1ower than those of in the contro1 group（P＜0.01）.Leve1s of HbA1c，Hcy，UAER，and urine β2-MG in the observation group were significant1y 1ower those than in the contro1 group（a11 P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the tota1 incidence rate of comp1ications between two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Diabetic Nephropathy Rehabi1itation Mixture can re1ieve symptoms of DN patients in stageⅢ andⅣ，and improve rena1 function of patients without significant comp1ications，thus is worthy to be promoted.
