Abstract:Objective To observe the pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods One hundred cases of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group, another 100 pregnant women with normal glucose metabolism delivered in our hospital were selected as the control group. The pregnancy outcomes including delivery mode, complications of pregnant women, complications of the fetus and neonatal in the two groups were compared. Results The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was 75.00%,much higher than that in the control group(10.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of pregnant women in the observation group was 35.00%,the incidence of complications of fetal was 25.00%,and the incidence of complications of neonatal was 21.00%,was higher than that in the control group(13.00%,8.00%,5.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy with abnormal glucose metabolism can lead to serious complications in pregnant women and fetuses with the adverse effects on the health of pregnant women and the development of newborns, which should take intensive measures on prevention and control.
