整体护理干预对传染科患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘要目的研究传染科患者治疗应用整体护理干预对患者心理状态及生活质量的改善效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月抚州市第一人民医院收治的120 例传染病患者，根据患者入院的先后顺序将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各60 例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用整体护理干预，比较两组的心理状态改善情况、生活质量改善情况以及护理满意度。结果研究组护理后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分低于护理前，且护理后的生活质量评分（QOL）评分高于护理前；对照组护理后的SAS、SDS 评分低于护理前，且护理后的QOL评分高于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组护理前的SAS、SDS 评分、QOL 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），研究组的护理后SAS 与SDS 评分低于对照组，且QOL 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理干预能够有效改善患者心理状态与生活质量，提高护理满意度，效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the improvement effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients′ mental state and quality of life in the treatment of patients in the department of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 120 patients who were admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected.All patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission, 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing, and the study group was treated with holistic nursing intervention.The mental state improvement, quality of life improvement and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS)scores after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the quality of life score (QOL) after nursing was higher than that before nursing, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).In the control group, the SAS and SDS scores after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the QOL score after nursing was higher than that before nursing, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).No significant differences were observed in the SAS score, SDS score and QOL score between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05).After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the QOL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve the mental state and quality of life of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction, with the significant effect.
