Abstract：Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in quality management of urologiy surgery.Methods A total of 66 urological inpatients admitted to Guangxin District People′s Hospital of Shangrao City in Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the routine group(33 cases)and the evidence-based group(33 cases).The routine group was adopted the routine nursing mode,and the evidence-based group was adopted the evidence-based nursing mode.The emotional state,satisfaction degree,remission time of clinical symptoms,complications and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety assessment scale(SAS)and depression assessment scale(SDS)after nursing in the evidence-based group were lower than those in the routine group,the satisfaction score was higher than that in the routine group,the remission time of clinical symptoms was shorter than that in the routine group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the routine group,and the scores of various indicators of nursing quality were higher than that in the routine group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing in the quality management of urological care has positive significance in improving patients′emotional state,promoting the remission of clinical symptoms,reducing the incidence of complications,improving the quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
