综合性护理干预对乳腺良性肿瘤麦默通微创旋切术后患者生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨综合性护理干预对乳腺良性肿瘤麦默通微创旋切术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月～2020年6月于抚州市妇幼保健院就诊的60例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。患者全部为女性，按随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）和观察组（30例）。对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施综合性护理。比较两组干预前和干预7 d后生活质量[癌症患者生命质量核心量表（FACT-G）]、负面情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）]评分及患者护理满意情况。结果干预前，两组的FACT-G、HAMA、HAMD评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组的FACT-G评分高于干预前，HAMA、HAMD评分低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后的FACT-G评分高于对照组，HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合性护理干预能够提升乳腺良性肿瘤麦默通微创旋切术后患者生活质量，改善患者负面情绪，从而提高患者满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with breast benign tumor after Mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection.Methods A total of 60 patients with benign breast tumor who were admitted to the Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were female and were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The quality of life(functional assessment of cancer therapygeneric[FACT-G]),negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and 7 d after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in FACT-G,HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the FACT-G score of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,while the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the FACT-G score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with breast benign tumor after Mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection,improve the negative emotions of patients,so as to improve patient satisfaction.
