摘要目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声(简称彩超)诊断膀胱肿瘤的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析2019年3月~2020年3月在广东省连州市人民医院确诊并治疗的34 例膀胱肿瘤患者,所有患者均行手术治疗,且在术前接受彩超检查。观察与手术病理结果比较,彩超诊断膀胱肿瘤的临床效能和不同肿瘤数目、不同位置、不同直径下的诊断符合率。 结果 彩超诊断膀胱肿瘤的准确率为88.2%(30/34),特异度为33.3%(1/3),灵敏度为93.5%(29/31)。数目方面,彩超诊断单发的符合比率为95.7%,诊断多发的符合比率为87.5%;位置方面,彩照诊断侧壁的符合率比为93.3%,诊断底部的符合比率为100.0%,诊断顶部的符合比率为66.7%,诊断颈部的符合比率为100.0%;最大直径方面,诊断<10 mm 的符合比率为87.5%,诊断10~20 mm 的符合比率为94.7%,诊断>20 mm 的符合比例为100.0%。 结论 彩超检查诊断膀胱肿瘤患者具有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of bladder tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 patients with bladder tumors diagnosed and treated in Lianzhou People′s Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.All patients underwent surgical treatments in Lianzhou People′s Hospital and received color Doppler ultrasound examinations before surgery.Compared with surgical pathology, the clinical efficacy of and the diagnostic coincidence rate of different tumor number, positions and diameters of bladder tumors dignosed by color Doppler ultrasound.Results The accuracy of ultrasound in diagnosing bladder tumors was 88.2% (30/34); the specificity was 33.3% (1/3); and the sensitivity was 93.5% (29/31).In terms of number of tumors, the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was 95.7%, and the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 87.5%.In terms of position of tumors, the coincidence rate of color photo diagnosis of sidewall was 93.3%; the coincidence rate of diagnosing the bottom was 100.0%; the coincidence rate of diagnosing the top was 66.7%, and the coincidence rate for the diagnosis of the neck was 100.0%.On the maximum diameter, the coincidence rate for color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis <10 mm was 87.5%; the coincidence rate of diagnosing tumor diameter being 10~20 mm was 94.7%; and the coincidence rate for diagnosis of tumor diameter >20 mm was 100.0%.Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose patients with bladder tumors has high clinical application value.
