Abstract:Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodular lesions.Methods Forty eight patients with thyroid nodules admitted to Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from November 2019 to June 2020 were selected, and perform color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis on the patients, the gold standard was pathological diagnosis, and analyzed the diagnostic accuracy, benign and malignant nodules of color Doppler ultrasound Ultrasonic characteristics and hemodynamic parameters of nodules.Results There was no significant difference between the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and pathological results (P>0.05).The incidence rates of microcalcification, silent halo, irregular lesion, hypoechoic and unclear boundary in benign nodule group were lower than those in malignant nodule group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The pulsatility index, resistance index and maximum velocity of benign nodules were lower than those of malignant nodules, and the minimum velocity of nodules was higher than that of malignant nodules, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of thyroid nodular lesions, which can be used to determine the benign and malignant nodules by ultrasound characteristics and hemodynamic parameters.
