Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on cognitive function and medication compliance of schizophrenic patients in rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 60 cases of convalescent schizophrenic patients admitted to Huizhou Demobilized Veterans′ Hospital and Huizhou Second People′s Hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group (30 cases)and the observation group (30 cases) according to the coin toss grouping method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on humanistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), nurses observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) score,Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA) score, social disability screening schedule (SDSS) score and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The PANSS and SDSS scores of the two groups before intervention were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The PANSS and SDSS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The NOSIE and MOCA scores of the two groups before intervention had no statistical significance (P>0.05), and the NOSIE and MOCA scores of the observation group after the intervention were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The medication total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing can improve the mental symptoms, cognitive function, social function and satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
