Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic microwave ablation combined with hepatectomy in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 56 liver cancer patients admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Chenzhou from March 2018 to June 2020.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into 28 cases in a simple operation group and 28 cases in a microwave ablation combined operation group.Among them, the simple operation group underwent laparoscopy.Hepatic lobectomy, microwave ablation combined with surgery group was treated with laparoscopic microwave ablation combined with hepatic lobectomy, liver function(alanine aminotransferase[ALT],aspartate aminotransferase[AST])levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the two groups were compared. The amount of bleeding, the operation time and the total incidence of postoperative complications. Results Before treatment, there were no significant difference in ALT and AST levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment, the ALT and AST levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the ALT and AST levels of the microwave ablation combined surgery group was lower than that of the surgery-only group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the microwave ablation combined surgery group was lower than that in the surgery alone group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss of the microwave ablation combined surgery group was less than that of the surgery alone group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the microwave ablation combined surgery group was shorter than that of the surgery alone group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic microwave ablation combined with lobectomy can improve liver function, reduce intraoperative bleeding, shorten operation time and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of promotion and application.
