Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept for postoperative rehabilitation in patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy admitted to Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 as the research objects, and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random lottery method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation surgery concept intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative rehabilitation effect, hospitalization time, medical expenses, total incidence of complications, rehospitalization rate and survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results The first defecation time, gastric tube placement time and anal exhaust recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of surgery, the incidence of complications and rehospitalization rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the survival rate was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer which can not only improve the rehabilitation effect, reduce medical expenses, but also effectively prevent the complications, which is worth promoting and applying.
