Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) concept in patients with gastric cancer surgery. Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group (n=48)and intervention group (n=48) according to even and odd grouping method. The control group adopted routine nursing mode，the intervention group adopted FTS concept nursing. The total incidence of complications，clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The intervention group′s operation time，intraoperative blood loss，time to get out of bed，anal exhaust time，and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery receiving the concept of FTS can promote smooth operation，reduce postoperative complications，and improve the postoperative recovery effect，which is worthy of promotion and application.
