Abstract:Objective To explore application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period of laparoscopic hepatectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled. They were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given ERAS nursing. The postoperative recovery conditions, liver function indexes and degree of depression and anxiety were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative first anal exhaust time, leaving bed time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention, levels of direct bilirubin(DBil)and indirect bilirubin(IBil)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while level of serum albumin(ALB)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention, scores of depression and anxiety degree in observation group were lower than that in control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing can shorten postoperative recovery time of patients, significantly reduce degree of depression and anxiety, and effectively improve liver function indexes.
