Abstract:Objective To study the application value of calming respiratory function test in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A total of 90 patients with COPD who received by Yangdong District People′s Hospital of Yangjiang City from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. They were tested with calming respiratory lung function and daily respiratory lung function. The calming lung function test was the observation group, and the daily respiratory function test was the control group, 45 cases in each group. Then the main indexes of quiet breathing peak time (TPTEF), peak time ratio (PTTEF/TE), peak volume (VPEF), peak volume ratio(VPEF/VE), expiratory time (TE), total respiratory resistance (R5), central airway resistance (R20), small airway viscous resistance (R5-R20), resonance frequency (RF) were compared between the two groups. Results TPTEF/TE and VPEF of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and RF of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), R5-R20 of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and RF of the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of COPD, the patient′s calming pulmonary function test can provide effective diagnosis and treatment basis for COPD, which is worthy of clinical application.
