热敏灸配合中药对改善有创机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭的功效研究

摘要目的探讨热敏灸配合中药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法选取我院2013年8月～2018年1月住院的60 例COPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各30 例。对照组给予西药+机械通气治疗，实验组辅以热敏灸+中药治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后，实验组机械通气时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组第1 秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、FEV1/用力肺活量（FVC）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组生活质量评分低于于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组肺部感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对COPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者提供热敏灸配合中药方案，有助于缩短机械通气时间，改善患者肺功能，减少并发症的发生，提升患者生活质量水平。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with respiratory failure.Methods Sixty patients with COPD and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine+mechanical ventilation, while the experimental group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion +traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment, the mechanical ventilation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The experimental group FEV1, FEV1/FVC was higher than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The quality of life of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The incidence of pulmonary infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Conclusion The provision of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with COPD and respiratory failure can help to shorten the time of mechanical ventilation, improve lung function and reduce complications, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
