Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Yifei Decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic bronchial pneumonia who were treated in Fuxin Trauma Emergency Hospital of Liaoning Province from March 2014 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Yifei Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, inflammatory factors(interleukin-2[IL-2],interleukin-4[IL-4],interleukin-10[IL-10], interferon-γ [IFN-γ]) and levels of pulmonary function indicators (forced expiratory volume in the first second [FEV1], peak expiratory flow [PEF], FEV1 occupying forced vital capacity [FEV1/FVC]) before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 68.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients in the observation group after treatment was (3.42±0.78) points, which was lower than that in the control group for (6.57±0.93)points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The IL-2 level after treatment in the observation group was (50.82±5.74) pg/ml, the IFN-γ level was (28.96±4.52) pg/ml, which were higher than those in the control group for(41.26±5.38) and (24.87±2.16) pg/ml, and IL-4 level was (34.80±3.79) pg/ml, IL-10 level was (23.50±3.53) pg/ml,which were lower than those in the control group for (39.58±4.12) and (29.42±4.35) pg/ml, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1 in the observation group was (1.98±0.62) L, the PEF was (65.37±6.28) L/min, and the FEV1/FVC was (63.27±6.42)%, which were higher than those in the control group for (1.67±0.33) L,(58.42±5.83) L/min, (57.48±6.15)%, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yifei Decoction can effectively improve the inflammatory factors and pulmonary function of patients with chronic bronchial pneumonia. The clinical efficacy is exact and it is worthy of popularization and application.
