Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with appendicitis surgery.Methods A total of 129 patients with appendicitis who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the control group (n=65)and the experimental group (n=64).Patients in the control group underwent conventional nursing.The patients in the experimental group underwent conventional nursing combined with comfort nursing.The complications,surgical data and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing intervention for patients with appendicitis surgery can control the patients′subsequent complications to a certain extent,and can significantly improve the patients′satisfaction with the nursing.It is worthy of promotion and application in subsequent clinical practice.
