Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing effect of chest pain center reperfusion process nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 61 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=31).Patients in control group received routine nursing, while patients in observation group received chest pain center reperfusion process nursing. The time from the first medical contact to the first electrocardiogram(FMC2ECG),the time from the first ECG to the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, the time from the first medical contact to the double antiplatelet therapy and the average time from the beginning of thrombolytic therapy (D2N),the hospital-to-balloon dilatation time, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The FMC2ECG,from the first ECG to the diagnosis, dual antiplatelet therapy time from first medical contact,D2N and the time from consultation to the completion of the operation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The hospitalization time and hospitalization time from admission to balloon dilation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the hospitalization cost was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chest pain center reperfusion process nursing has a good application effect in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction. It can effectively shorten the treatment process, reduce hospitalization costs.
