中医护理适宜技术在肛肠疾病术后尿潴留患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨中医护理适宜技术在肛肠疾病术后尿潴留患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年10月～2018年11月我院收治的60例肛肠疾病术后尿潴留患者，按照护理方法的不同分为对照组和研究组，每组各30例。对照组采取传统护理，研究组采取中医护理适宜技术，比较两组的护理差异。结果研究组总有效率为96.6%，高于对照组的76.6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后残余尿量少于对照组，自行排尿时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医护理适宜技术在肛肠疾病术后尿潴留患者中的临床效果显著，可有效地改善患者排尿情况，可在临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of appropriate nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with urinary retention after anorectal diseases surgery.Methods Sixty patients with urinary retention after anorectal diseases surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were retrospective analyzed.According to the difference of nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group.The control group took traditional nursing.The research group took appropriate nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine, and the nursing differences between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.6%, higher than 76.6% of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The residual urine volume of the patients in the study group after treatment was less than that of the control group, and the self-urination time was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Appropriate nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine has significant clinical effect in patients with urinary retention after anorectal diseases surgery, can effectively improve urination of patients, and should be popularized in clinical practice.
