Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of internal and external application combined with medical glue on small wound healing after surgery. Methods A total of 168 patients with surgical procedures in our hospital from March 20 to March 2019 were selected as subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random sampling principle of odd and even numbers, 84 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine internal and external nursing care. The patients in the experimental group were combined with the medical glue method on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effect of the two groups of patients after different nursing modes were compared. Results The recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the psychological scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The internal and external application of medical glue nursing for patients with small wounds after surgery can significantly improve the healing effect of patients,reduce the complications of postoperative wound healing, improve the satisfaction of patients′ care, and also contribute to the positive development of patients′ psychology. The clinical effect is significant and worthy of promotion and application.
