Abstract:Objective To analyze the application status and development trend of our mindfulness decompression therapy in the field of nursing,and provide reference for future research in this field.Methods The related literatures on mindfulness decompression therapy was searched in China Knowledge Network (CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM),PubMed,CINAHL,Science Direct,Wliey Online Library,and Web of science database.The search time limit was built.The library would be until September 30,2018,metrological analysis of standards-compliant literature.Results A total of 149 articles were included,and the first one was published in 2010.The total number of documents has increased year by year,with the majority of documents in Shandong,Jiangsu and Guangdong.A total of 29 articles were included in the core journals of nursing,accounting for 19.46%of the total number of documents;Most of the research types were clinical experimental research,and the subjects were mainly breast cancer patients;The outcome indicators that focus on anxiety were depression,perceived stress,negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue,and occupational stress.Conclusion Nursing research on mindfulness decompression in China has gradually received attention.The quality of research needs to be further improved,the depth of research fields and research content should be broadened,the types and forms of research design should be enriched,and the interventional plan for mindfulness decompression should be standardized to promote the in-depth application of mindfulness decompression therapy and promotion.
