Abstract:Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of laparoscope and open surgery in the treatment of early ovarian cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of 81 patients with early ovarian cancer who underwent comprehensive staging surgery in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2017.According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into observation group (36 cases) and control group (45 cases). The patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery, while the patients in the control group underwent traditional laparotomy. The perioperative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The time of anal exhaust after operation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of bleeding during operation was significantly less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up, the local recurrence rate and long-term metastasis rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscope surgery can shorten the time of anal exhaust after operation in patients with early ovarian cancer, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation and the occurrence of complications after operation, which is worthy of clinical application.
