Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 92 ectopic pregnant patients admitted to our hospital from July 2011 to July 2019 were selected as research subjects.By systematic sampling, they were divided into two groups: reference group underwent traditional laparotomy (n=46) and research group underwent laparoscopic surgery (n=46).The embryo clearance rate, surgical efficacy index, and postoperative satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the embryo clearance rate between the two groups (P＞0.05).The surgical time, off bed time after surgery, catheter indwelling time, and postoperative anal exhaust time in the research group were shorter than those in the reference group.The intraoperative bleeding volume of the research group was less than that of the reference group.The total satisfaction of the postoperative nursing of the research group was higher than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy, compared with traditional laparotomy, time index in laparoscopic surgery is much shorter, and the bleeding amount decreases greatly, and the total satisfaction of postoperative nursing increases significantly.
