Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of conventional abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).Methods A total of 86 cases of early pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the observation group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases). The observation group was examined by conventional abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound, while the control group was examined by conventional abdominal ultrasound. The cystic pregnancy, missed diagnosis type and recognition of ultrasound diagnosis were compared between the two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy rates of cystic pregnancy and mixed mass pregnancy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The scores of patients′satisfaction with diagnosis and doctors′evaluation of diagnosis process in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of CSP after cesarean section can make more accurate diagnosis, and further reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
