Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of the improved nursing intervention in the CT-guided puncture of cervical cancer patients. Methods A total of 83 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into routine nursing intervention group (n=41) and improved nursing intervention group (n=42). The puncture success rate, puncture status, postoperative complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The initial puncture success in the improved nursing intervention group was 100.00% (42 cases),which was higher than that in the routine nursing intervention group 92.68% (38 cases),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The puncture time ([27.16±4.86] min) and postoperative bedridden time ([13.64±4.25] h) of the improved nursing intervention group were shorter than those of the routine nursing intervention group (P<0.05),and pain score([5.09±1.56] points) was lower than that of the routine nursing intervention group (P<0.05). Postoperative complications in the improved nursing intervention group included vaginal bleeding (2.38%,1 case),pain (69.05%,69 cases),and fever (2.38%,1 case),all of which were lower than those in the routine nursing intervention group (P<0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the improved nursing intervention group was 97.62%,which was higher than that of the conventional nursing intervention group (73.17%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of improved nursing intervention in CT-guided puncture of cervical cancer patients can improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten puncture time and bedridden time, alleviate pain, improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and implementation.
