Abstract:Objective To analyze and summarize the causes,types and grades of 137 cases of nursing adverse events in our hospital,in order to formulate corresponding preventive measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 137 cases of nursing adverse events reported in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 was made,the type,causes and grades of them were analyzed and discussed. Data processing was used by methods such as percentage and frequency.Results The top three incidences of 137 types of nursing adverse events were: tube slippage (36 cases,26.3%),medication error in (16 cases,11.7%),and condition evaluation under (13 cases,9.5%). The level of nursing adverse events was mainly level Ⅲand Ⅳ,and there was no level Ⅰevent. The main reasons included the lack of strict verification system,insufficient evaluation of patients,and lack of health education. Conclusion The causes of adverse care events with high incidence were diversified. Targeted preventive measures for the causes of adverse care events could effectively reduce the incidence of adverse care events and improve the quality of care.
