Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of continuous nursing intervention in patientswith vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 100 patientswith vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were selected in this study. They were divided the reference group and the observation group according to random number tablemethod,50 cases in each group. In the reference group, conventional orthopedic intervention was used, and in the observation group continuous nursing intervention was used. After three-month observation, the treatment compliance,self-care ability and cervical dysfunction index change between the two groupswere compared. Results At3months after discharge, the scores in terms of diet, treatment, living habits, and medication in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the self-care ability score was lower than that of the reference group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical dysfunction index in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, the selection of continuous intervention is conducive to improving patient′s treatment compliance and self-care ability, which is critical to the prognosis.
