延续干预在椎动脉型颈椎病患者护理中的应用效果

摘要目的研究延续干预在椎动脉型颈椎病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月～2019年5月我院收治的100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组，每组各50例。参照组采用骨科常规干预，观察组采用延续干预。观察3个月，比较两组遵医行为、自我护理能力及颈椎功能障碍指数变化情况。结果出院3个月时，观察组在饮食、治疗、生活习惯及服药方面遵医行为评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组自理能力评分低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组颈椎功能障碍指数低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在椎动脉型颈椎病护理中，选择延续干预方式有利于提升患者遵医行为，提高其自我护理能力，对患者预后较为关键。

Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of continuous nursing intervention in patientswith vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 100 patientswith vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were selected in this study.They were divided the reference group and the observation group according to random number tablemethod,50 cases in each group.In the reference group,conventional orthopedic intervention was used,and in the observation group continuous nursing intervention was used.After three-month observation,the treatment compliance,self-care ability and cervical dysfunction index change between the two groupswere compared.Results At3months after discharge,the scores in terms of diet,treatment,living habits,and medication in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the self-care ability score was lower than that of the reference group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P＜0.05).The cervical dysfunction index in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,the selection of continuous intervention is conducive to improving patient′s treatment compliance and self-care ability,which is critical to the prognosis.
