Abstract:Objective To explore the value of serum free estriol(FE3)and creatinine(Cr)in full-term pregnancy detection. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,60 pregnantwomen in this area were selected as the research objects. The target group was divided into 37-week group,38-week group,39-week group and 40-week group according to gestational age.FE3,Cr,B-mode ultrasound were used to diagnose the placentalmaturity of full-term pregnant women.Based on B-mode ultrasound data and clinical data,ROC curves were performed according to each data, the diagnostic value of FE3/Cr for placental maturity was evaluated. Results With the prolongation of gestational weeks,FE3,Cr and FE3/Cr increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The placentalmaturity of 38-week group was better than that of 37-week group,37-week group was better than that of 37-38-week group, and 40-week group was better than that of 37-39-week group(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of FE3/Cr in the diagnosis of placentalmaturity was 0.823,the optimal threshold was 11.02,the sensitivity was 70.69%,and the specificity was 88.01%.Conclusion Based on the analysis of ROC curve,it is suggested that the ratio of FE3/Cr>11.02can be used to diagnose the low maturity of placenta. The determination of serum free estriol and creatinine has significant significance in the full-term detection of pregnancy. It is speculated that comprehensive detection has certain clinical significance in the diagnosis of placentalmaturity.
