子宫颈扩张球囊用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟和引产的临床观察

摘要目的探讨子宫颈扩张球囊用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟和引产的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月～2017年1月我院收治的具有引产指征且宫颈评分＜6分的足月妊娠产妇200例作为观察对象，根据引产方法将产妇分为对照组和观察组，每组各100例。对照组产妇采用缩宫素引产，观察组产妇采用子宫颈扩张球囊引产，观察两组产妇临床效果及引产至分娩所用时间。结果对照组产妇与观察组的临床效果，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组引产至分娩所用时间、产妇产后出血量明显低于对照组，而新生儿5 min Apgar评分明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组新生儿体重指数比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论子宫颈扩张球囊用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果较为显著，安全可靠，使得推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical dilatation balloon in promoting cervical maturity and induction of labor in full-term pregnancy.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,200 cases of full-term pregnant women with indications of induction of labor and cervical score＜6 who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation subjects.According to the methods of induction of labor,the patients were divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The control group were given oxytocin for labor induction,and in the observation group were given cervical dilatation balloon for labor induction.The clinical effect and the duration of induction of labor to childbirth were observed in both groups.Results There were significant differences in the clinical effects between the observation groups and the control group(P＜0.05),with statistical significance;the duration of induction of labor to childbirth,and maternal postpartum hemorrhage in the observation were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the 5 min neonatal Apgar score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in neonatal body mass index between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cervical dilatation balloon for full-term pregnancy promoting cervical maturity and induction of labor is more significant,safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
