Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of prognova combined with comprehensive nursing intervention model in patients with breast swelling after odinopoeia.Methods 87 patients with breast swelling after odinopoeia from December 2015 to December 2016 of our hospital were selected as study objects.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by using random number table.There were 44 cases in the observation group and 43 cases in control group.The observation group were treated with prognova combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group were treated with prognova and general nursing after induction of labor.The clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results 4,7 days after odinopoeia,the VAS score and breast hardness in observation group were obvious lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Prognova combined with comprehensive nursing intervention model in patients with breast swelling after induction of labor can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,decrease breast hardness,with obvious effect and its worthy of popularizeation and application.
