Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of cervical dilatation double-balloon on the induction of labor in full-term pregnancy.MethodsFrom March 2015 to March 2017,90 women with full-term pregnancy but the cervical score being less than 6 points were divided into observation group and control group based on their intention, with 45 cases in each group. They were provided with cervical dilatation double-balloon and small dose of oxytocin for induced labor in the two groups respectively. The cervical maturity after midwife, pregnancy outcome, neonatal Apgar score, and 2 h amount of bleeding after delivery in the two groups were observed.ResultsIn the observation group, the success rate of vaginal delivery was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were statistical difference in stages of labor and score of cervical maturity in the two groups(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcome and neonatal Apgar score in the observation group were remarkably superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The 2 h amount of bleeding after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of cervical dilatation double-balloon on induced labor in full-term pregnancy is safe and convenient with a remarkable effect, which is worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
