Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of COOK cervical balloon used in term pregnancy with immature and induced labor.Methods 150 cases of pregnant women in induced labor pointer full-term pregnancy in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as research object and randomly and evenly divided into observation group and control group,each group 75 cases.Patients in the observation group were given COOK cervical balloon to promote cervical ripening and induction of labor,while patients in the control group were given Oxytocin intravenous drip to promote cervical ripening and induction of labor,cervical ripening and induced labor effect of pregnant women in two groups were observed and compared.Results The Bishop scores of observation group after induced labor was higher than that of control group[(7.32±1.12)scores vs(4.36±1.23)scores](P<0.05).The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was 85.33%,higher than 66.67%in the control group,the rate of cesarean section was 12.00%,lower than 25.33%in the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups had no significant difference in the rate of midwifery(P>0.05).The bleeding amount of birth and length of stay in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in Apgar score of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion COOK cervical balloon for cervical ripening and induction of labor in term pregnancy has a good clinical effect and can reduce the risk of pregnant women,it is worth popularizing widely.
