Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of ethacridine amniotic injection combined with mifepristone for induction of labor in midpregnancy. Methods 120 cases with induction of labor in midpregnancy Received by our hospital from January 2012 to March 2015 were selected and they were divided into two group according to the random number method,and there were 60 cases in each group.Control group was given ethacridine for amniotic cavity injection,while observation group was given ethacridine for amniotic cavity injection combined with mifepristone tablet.The surgery-related cases,complication and so on was compared between two groups. Results The placental delivery time, the time of medication and contraction,and total time of induced labor in observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group,vaginal bleeding amount in observation group was less than that of control group（P＜0.05）,the proportion of residual placenta in observation group was lower than that of control group,induction success rate in observation group was higher than that of control group（P＜0.05）.The proportion of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and distension,dizziness and headache between two groups had no statistical difference（P＞0.05）. Conclusion Ethacridine for amniotic cavity injection combined with mifepristone for induction of labor in midpregnancy can effectively elevate the speed of labor progress and reduce bleeding amount during operation and complications and adverse reactions,and improve the success rate of labor induction.
