Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of Holmium laser drainage under flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of renal cystic diseases. Methods A total of 40 patients with renal cystic diseases treated in our hospital from March 24, 2018 to June 25, 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the observation group (n=20)and the control group (n=20) according to the random number table method. In the observation group, Holmium laser drainage under flexible ureteroscope was used, and in the control group, laparoscopic cyst windowing decompression was applied. The surgical conditions, the decrease of hemoglobin, the increase of serum creatinine, and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation time, postoperative intestinal recovery time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative time of getting out of bed were all shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, the hemoglobin decreased value, intraoperative blood loss less than that of the control group, and the serum creatinine increased value were both lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than that of the control group accounting for 30.00%, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Holmium laser drainage under flexible ureteroscope has good feasibility in treating renal cystic lesions. It can shorten the operation time, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote patient′s rehabilitation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
