Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of combinatorial flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser in treatment of renal stones. Methods A total of 150 patients with renal stones treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2017 were selected as study objects. The patients were divided into the combinatorial flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser group (75 cases)and the integrated flexible ureteroscope group (75 cases)according to the random number table method, and the two groups was treated by combinatorial flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser and integrated flexible ureteroscope. The stone size, operation time, postoperative hospital stay, stone clearance rate and the incidence complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time([88.11±35.11]min)and postoperative hospital stay([5.22±1.53]d)of the combinatorial flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser group were shorter than those of the integrated flexible ureteroscope group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clearance rate of stones(93.33%)in the combinatorial flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser group was significantly higher than that in the integrated flexible ureteroscope group, and the incidence of complications(9.33%)was significantly lower than that in the integrated flexible ureteroscope group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combinatorial flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser in treatment of renal stones is significant.
