人流后关爱在人工流产术后计划生育关爱中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨人流后关爱（PAC）在人工流产术后计划生育关爱中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月～2019年4月在我院人工流产的364 例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各182 例。对照组给予常规健康教育，观察组给予人流后关爱指导，比较两组避孕节育知识知晓度、并发症发生率、负面情绪严重程度、患者满意度。结果两组干预前避孕节育知识知晓度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组干预后知晓度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组干预后负面情绪评分低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论人工流产术后实施人流后关爱可提高患者对避孕节育相关知识的知晓程度，同时可缓解患者负面情绪，提高患者的满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of post-abortion care (PAC) in family planning care after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 364 patients who underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects, they divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 182 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine flow health education, and the observation group was followed by PAC guidance.The awareness of contraceptive knowledge of contraceptive knowledge,complication rate, negative emotional severity and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the awareness of contraceptive knowledge between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The awareness of contraceptive knowledge after intervention of the observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The negative emotion scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention (P＜0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PAC in family planning care after induced abortion can improve the patients′ knowledge of birth control and birth control.At the same time, it can alleviate the negative emotion of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worth popularizing.
