Abstract:Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common gynecological disease in women,the main cause is the weakness of the pelvic floor supporting tissue,and displacement of pelvic organs causes the pelvic organs to move or lead to abnormal pelvic organs.In recent years,many researchers have recognized that the occurrence of pelvic floor function and pelvic floor dysfunction is related to abdominal pelvic biodynamics.This article systematically reviews the relevant research data at home and abroad,through the congenital structure and overall function of women′s pelvic floor and related factors of pelvic floor dysfunction,such as congenital heredity,abdominal pelvic surgery,pregnancy,childbirth,and elaborates the correlation with the abdominal pelvic biodynamics,in order to familiarize with the pelvic abdominal biodynamics,which plays an important role in understanding the pelvic floor function and dysfunction and adopting the correct treatment strategy.
