Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound in the female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 60 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016 were chosen for the study[including 35 patientswith pelvic organ prolapsed(POP)(POP group)and 25 patientswith stress urinary incontinence(SUI)(SUI group)],30 healthy volunteers were chosen as control group, all underwent ultrasound examination. Bladder and detrusor related parameters(bladder neck angle, the rotation angle ofbladder neck and bladder neckmobility and detrusor thickness),pelvic floor related parameters[anteroposterior diameter(M),transverse diameter of levator hiatus(N),thickness of pubic muscle(C),volume of the hole(A)and the angle between the left and right branches of anal fissure]of SUIgroup,POP group and control group were compared. Results there were statistically significant differences among bladder neck angle(resting),bladder neck angle(Valsalva),bladder rotation angle and bladder neckmobility in SUI group,POP group and control group(all P<0.01),the parameters of SUI group were more obvious, the differences compare with the other two groupswere statistically significant(P<0.01).At the resting state, there were significant differences in M and A among SUIgroup,POP group and control group(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in M,C,A andγin Valsalva state among three groups(all P<0.01).Conclusion The ultrasound can clearly display the characteristics of female pelvic floor dysfunction, and the clinical application value is high.
